August 5th - August 9th Duration: 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM Week 1: Introduction to Dungeons & Dragons Day 1: Introduction and Character Creation Welcome and Icebreaker Introduction to D&D Character Creation Day 2: Worldbuilding Workshop Collaborative worldbuilding activity Geography, cultures, and history of the world Day 3: Adventure Planning Brainstorming and outlining the first adventure Encounter design Day 4: Role-Playing Workshop Role-playing techniques Embodying characters Day 5: Mini Adventure Play a short introductory adventure using characters created earlier

Cancellation Policy

1. Registration and Payment - All campers must be registered in advance, with full payment received prior to the start of the camp session. - Registration can be completed online or in-person at our camp office. - Payment options include credit card, debit card, and electronic bank transfers. - No refunds will be issued for cancellations made 24 hours or less prior to the start of the camp session. 2. Attendance and Drop-off/Pick-up - Camp hours are from 11 AM to 2 PM & 2 PM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, from July 1 to August 30. - Drop-off is from 10:45 AM to 11 AM & 1:45 PM to 2 PM, and pick-up is from 1:45 PM to 2 PM & 4:45 PM to 5 PM. - Parents/guardians must sign their child in and out each day. - Late pick-ups will incur a fee of $15 for every 15 minutes past the pick up times of 2 PM & 5 PM 3. Health and Safety - All children must have a completed Childcare Liability Waiver form on file, including information on allergies or medical conditions. - Sick children should not attend camp. If a child becomes ill during camp hours, parents/guardians will be notified and must arrange for prompt pick-up. - In case of an emergency, staff will contact the provided emergency contact and seek necessary medical treatment for the child. 4. Behavior and Discipline - Campers are expected to follow the camp rules and show respect to all staff and fellow campers. - Disruptive or dangerous behavior will result in a warning, and repeated issues may lead to dismissal from the camp without a refund. 5. Activities and Schedule - The camp schedule includes a variety of activities such as anime dance workshops, STEM art projects, and Dungeons & Dragons sessions. - Activities are designed to be age-appropriate and engaging, with a focus on creativity, teamwork, and learning. - A detailed daily schedule is provided at the start of each camp week. 6. Food and Snacks - Campers should bring their own snacks and water bottles each day. - No nuts or nut products are allowed due to allergy concerns. 7. Childcare Liability Waiver Form - Parents/guardians are required to sign the Childcare Liability Waiver Form before their child can attend camp. - The waiver includes a release of liability, an authorization for emergency medical treatment, and a photography release (optional). - Failure to sign the waiver form will result in the child being unable to attend camp, and no refund will be issued for any pre-paid camp weeks. Our policy is subject to change in the future.
